About the Role

The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of Latham’s Office Administration team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support and coordination to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the office, while assisting the Office Administrator with any administrative matters related to the efficient running of the office. This role will be located in our Singapore office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the business as needed, including, but not limited to ordering business cards, ordering flowers/gifts for employees, and season parking administration
  • Updating travel calendars and maintaining the office intranet bulletin pages
  • Managing and recording attorneys’ PTO requests
  • Assisting with the annual Bar Audit process
  • Processing all foreign lawyer registrations and deregistration with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus 
  • Demonstrate organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience at a professional services organisation, preferably
