Technology Support Analyst

The Technology Support Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for acting as an escalation point and mentor for the Technology team, while maintaining expert knowledge of the Latham & Watkins Technology platform. This role will be located in our Hong Kong office and will require full-time on-site presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a point of escalation within the local department for troubleshooting
• Delivering proactive outreach, helping lawyers to utilize technology tools
• Working closely with global Technology personnel to provide assistance and support
• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are comfortable supporting users with equipment and any troubleshooting
• Enjoy delivering excellent customer service and liaising with a range of seniorities
• Have an understanding of a law firm - or other professional or financial services – environment

And have:

• A minimum of five years of technology support experience in PC hardware and software
• Expert knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
• A High School diploma or an equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
