About the Role

The Senior Specialist - Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team.  This role will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties, while preparing and analysing complex client billing requests. This role will be located in our Singapore office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Creating, editing, and finalising bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and billing attorney directives; reviewing proformas; handling subsequent corrections and e-billing coordination
  • Preparing and finalising invoices in line with internal and external regulation and legislation including Value-Added Tax (VAT), Criminal Finances Act Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, and Money Laundering regulations, as applicable
  • Ensuring successful delivery of invoices and coordinating with revenue and e-billing teams for successful e-billing submission; helping resolve rejections and reductions
  • Generating and reviewing proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes
  • Utilising computerised billing and payable software modules to complete the billing process and client refunds, and researching and providing information to customers

  • Possess superior ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organisation
  • Demonstrate proven ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Exhibit demonstrated strong technology skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance or an equivalent industry, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
